Madison Alliance for Rebuilding Communities (MARC) is a group of community based organizations who work collectively on current recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Helene.
We serve individuals and families in the greater areas of Marshall, Mars Hill, and Hot Springs to support their disaster recovery, as well as generate actionable solutions to help ensure better community preparedness for future disasters.
